Worldwide Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping with a third-party supplier responsible for shipping of the artworks . Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on your location and is mentioned in the product page.

After a successful purchase, we will arrange for the direct dispatch of the artwork from the artist's studio. We ensure that all artworks are carefully inspected for quality, condition, and any defects before dispatch.


Artwork Inspection and Delivery Assurance:

Quality Assurance Inspection:  Prior to dispatch, the purchased artwork undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance inspection. Our authorized team conducts an inspection to ascertain adherence to the highest quality standards. We encompass a thorough examination of the artwork for quality, condition, and the absence of defects.
 

Packaging Protocol: Following the quality assurance inspection, the originating artist or Art Studio takes care of  the initial packaging, and then we ensure secure packaging before dispatch.
 

Video Documentation: The quality assurance inspection and the packaging processes are recorded in video. This recording encapsulates key aspects such as the condition of the artwork, the packaging procedure, and any relevant details contributing to the quality assurance process. The video documentation is communicated to the buyer via the email address provided during the purchase.
 

Buyer Notices: In the event that the buyer identifies any concerns, discrepancies, or upon receipt of the video documentation, a 24-hour timeframe is provided for the buyer to respond to the communication sent via email. During this period, the buyer is encouraged to articulate any complaints or notices relating to the received artwork. 
 

Non-Responsive Scenario: In case of the absence of any notices from the buyer within the stipulated 24-hour period, we transfer the packaged artwork to a third-party supplier for shipment. The date and time of the package handover is documented in some photos. 

We provide tracking information to the Buyer once the artwork has been dispatched.
Upon receipt of the artwork at the specified postal office, it is the Buyer's responsibility to collect the package within the designated time frame.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Delivery Delays:

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
